DLA Piper
Remaining within the Hong Kong Land portfolio, DLA Piper relocated from Edinburgh Tower to new premises on Levels 11 and 24 – 26, Three Exchange Square comprising a total area of 40,000SF.
Reception and Front-of-House facilities are on the 25th Floor so fee-earners on 24F and 26F need go up, or down, only one flight of stairs to meet clients at the main level where `an extensive array of nine meeting rooms can accommodate groups of 4, 6, 10, 14 or 24 people – all at the same time, if required. The largest three rooms – two for 14 and the Boardroom, for 24 – can be combined to create a multi-purpose space for seminars seating up to 125 on stackable chairs, or opened up to the reception area for Town Halls, receptions or other special events. Six meeting rooms are fitted with state-of-the-art AV facilities for presentations and video conferencing.
The Cafe and Reception feature a bespoke mural, and sculpture, by Hong Kong artists Louise Soloway Chan and Gail Deayton, respectively, while the Library and casual meeting areas at the 11th and 24th floors, as well as the Mother’s Room, feature “patchwork quilt” carpet tile arrangements.
The project was completed in November 2019.
