Included within the Grandstand One refurbishment at the Shatin Racecourse were several F+B outlets. Among these was the Bob Apetit Café at level two. The Bon Apetit Café, with its bold hues to the enclosing elements and stark white to the flooring and seating adds a vibrant and energetic feel to the betting areas from which it is immediately accessible.
