HKS +H Auditorium

The Auditorium at the HKS+H main hospital building at Shan Kwong Road in Happy Valley is a 132 seating capacity conventional single isle, single aspect teaching facility primarily used for medical related lectures and seminars.

The wave motif design for the ceiling serves to reflect sound and reduce reverberation times while the carpet floor finishes, fabric wall panels and upholstered seating all act as sound absorbing surfaces. Lighting is also integrated into the ceiling wave design to reduce glare to the audience.

The adjacent Conference Centre includes a flexible suite of meeting and lecture areas that can be configured into a variety of suites or opened out fully for larger scale events.
