Hotels – Executive Interior Design

While most of our projects are fully designed and documented in house, we do also provide Executive Interior Design (EID) services for luxury hotels where the Design Architect is overseas. Typically, we prepare drawings for tender based on the Concept Architect’s package and carry the project through the tender process, contract administration and, once construction is under way, we provide a full time resident site team through to delivery of the completed hotel to the operators.
