Warburg Pincus

The Warburg Pincus office is an exercise in design restraint and elegant detailing.

The company was previously housed on a full floor of St. George’s Building that included a wrap-around roof terrace, one of the very few such premises in Hong Kong.

Their new location at 67F Two IFC is as spectacular as you can get, with double main entry doors centred on the lift lobby and north, and west, views over Victoria Harbour.

A single, dramatically lit corridor connects the partners’ offices with meeting rooms, reception, workstations and ancillary facilities. Major materials comprise timber veneers and fabric paneling for walls, and marble, broadloom carpet and timber flooring.

Existing artworks were relocated from the previous premises and allocated appropriate positions in the new Warburg Pincus home.
