Headquartered in Seoul, Kim & Chang is Korea’s largest, most specialized law firm with more than 900 attorneys, tax lawyers and accountants as well as patent and trademark attorneys, many of whom have served in senior government positions.

Their first office outside Korea was established in Hong Kong, at One IFC. It includes rooms for two partners and several associates, six workstations, ancillary facilities and two large meeting rooms, each of which can seat twelve, or, when the dividing wall is removed and the rooms are combined, can seat twenty.

The planning takes full advantage of wonderful views to Victoria Harbour to the north, and offers visitors a spacious reception area with easy access to an open pantry.

Front of house materials comprise a timber floor, diagonally banded New Galaxy “Nano” marble on two facing walls and a contrasting wall finished in Zebrano Cappuccino timber veneer between. This reception space can also be completely opened up to the combined meeting rooms, when necessary, with double-glazed panels that can slide away and be hidden.
